Booking is quick and easy! You can reserve your seat online through our booking form on the website, or call us at 204-619-9842. We recommend booking in advance, especially during peak travel periods, to guarantee your preferred vehicle and pickup time.

The shuttle runs Bi-weekly Mondays and every Saturdays (We starting with Winkler-Morden-Carman-Winnipeg route, and it will every evening from 6:00pm from Winnipeg airport to Winkler/Morden/Carman and back to Winnipeg But will run three t0 and from trips on Saturdays)

Yes. We accept secure online payments through Square. Payment is collected at the time of booking. All major credit and debit cards are accepted

As early enough as possible.

Yes! Travlex Shuttle welcomes pets on board. To ensure the comfort of all passengers, we ask that:

  • Pets are kept in a carrier or on a leash at all times
  • You notify us at the time of booking
  • Pet owners are responsible for their pet’s behaviour during the trip

Each passenger is allowed 1 bag and a carry-on. There is additional charge for any additional or oversized luggage.

  • Small box or extra bag: +$20
  • Oversized item (golf clubs, large equipment): +$30
  • Standard luggage and one carry-on: Included free

If you are unsure whether your items qualify as oversized, please call us at 204-619-9842 before booking and we will be happy to assist.

Bookings are non-transferable. The passenger named on the reservation must be the one travelling. If you need to make changes, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.

Yes. Unfortunately we do not have control over the perfume or cologne the passenger wear. We do advise passengers to limit the application of perfume or cologne as the bus is a confined space.

Yes. We do not charge for mobility assistance devices. Please note that only two items such as canes, folding walkers and folding wheelchairs are allowed. Please let us know ahead so we make space for it. A scooter attracts additional charge.

There is no washroom on the bus, please let the drivers know when you need to use the washroom, he will stop at the next gas station for you.

All bookings are non-refundable. If you need to cancel, please call us as soon as possible so we can inform the driver. While we are unable to offer refunds, we are happy to work with you to reschedule your trip when possible.

Our NON-REFUNDABLE payment stands as we cannot guarantee that another passenger will book, and your seat re-sold.

There is no fee to change your reservation. However, we appreciate as much notice as possible so we can accommodate your request and update our drivers accordingly

We only travel when Highway 1 is open. Please note that it may take longer to travel during snow, ice or rain.

We can drop you off at any stop en route to Winnipeg Richardson International Airport. Popular drop-off locations include:

  • Holiday Inn Airport West
  • Any hotels in the airport area

Extra Charge: Drop-offs outside the standard route within Winnipeg are subject to an additional fee of $50.

Yes. Travlex Shuttle monitors real-time flight status for all airport pickup bookings. If your flight is delayed or rescheduled, our team will automatically adjust your pickup time so you are covered when you land — at no additional charge.

It is the law that children are required to wear a seatbelt, so when you book a seat, please let us know your child’s age so we can know if a car seat or a booster seat is required. You are welcome to bring with you your own children car seat or booster seat.

Holidays schedule runs like the weekend schedules except the Christmas day 25th of December when is no service.
Our vehicle is brand new luxury Mercedes 11 passenger seater Sprinter bus, so you can be assured that you will be traveling in the vehicle that is in good condition.
