Travlex Shuttle provides a pre-booked service, So payment is pre-paid and it is NON-REFUNDABLE. It however possible to pay to the drivers at bus stations, seat is not guaranteed as it is subject to availability of seat for the trip being paid for. NO CASH payment is allowed.

I am visually impaired. Even though you do not transport pets, may I travel with my seeing-eye dog?

Unfortunately, NO. You cannot travel with us as we the not have the capacity to transport pet or animal onboard.

Each passenger is allowed 1 bag and a carry-on. There is additional charge for any additional or oversized luggage.

No, the passenger whose name is booked for the trip is the only one allowed to travel.
Yes. Unfortunately we do not have control over the perfume or cologne the passenger wear. We do advise passengers to limit the application of perfume or cologne as the bus is a confined space.
Yes. We do not charge for mobility assistance devices. Please note that only two items such as canes, folding walkers and folding wheelchairs are allowed. Please let us know ahead so we make space for it. A scooter attracts additional charge.
There is no washroom on the bus, please let the drivers know when you need to use the washroom, he will stop at the next gas station for you.
Shuttle tickets are NON-REFUNDABLE. You may however call us to let us know your reason for cancellation so that we can inform the driver.

Please note that the driver will arrive at the bus station at the designated time even if you are not there.

Our NON-REFUNDABLE payment stands as we cannot guarantee that another passenger will book, and your seat re-sold.

We only travel when Highway 1 is open. Please note that it may take longer to travel during snow, ice or rain.
We can drop off at any stop enroute to the airport. Please let us know before time so we can update the driver.

– Any hotels in the airport area

We can drop off and pick up at Douglas Junction (Hwy 340), the Brookdale side road (Hwy 464), Carberry (Robins Nest-Hwy 5), Sidney (Hwy 352), Austin (Co-op Towerline Rd), MacGregor (Co-op Hwy 350), Portage la Prairie (Shell), Elie (Hwy 248) and Headingly (Nick’s Inn/Co-op). All these locations are on Hwy #1.
It is the law that children are required to wear a seatbelt, so when you book a seat, please let us know your child’s age so we can know if a car seat or a booster seat is required. You are welcome to bring with you your own children car seat or booster seat.
You baby is your child and all children receive the student rate on a return fare.
Holidays schedule runs like the weekend schedules except the Christmas day 25th of December when is no service.
Our vehicle is brand new luxury Mercedes 11 passenger seater Sprinter bus, so you can be assured that you will be traveling in the vehicle that is in good condition.
